Returns and replacements

Made to order, with support when it counts.

Because products are made to order, change-of-mind returns and refunds are not accepted. If an item does not fit, an eligible customer may request one complimentary size replacement within 14 days of delivery.

The replacement must be the same product, design and color in another available size. Personalized items, swimwear, intimate items, gift cards, clearance items and final-sale products are not eligible.

For damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items, email inkspiredcreations702@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.
